Dr. Scott Rosenstein, D.C.

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Scott Rosenstein, D.C., M.S., Clinic Director, is a board certified Chiropractic Physician. He attended Florida State College of Jacksonville and the University of Florida prior to earning his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees. Dr. Rosenstein graduated from Life University where he received his Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic and his Master's Degree in Sports Medicine. Dr. Rosenstein serves as an expert witness in giving depositions related to chiropractic care. Dr. Rosenstein has received certifications in biomechanics of sports, injury management, diagnosis and assessment, as well as certifications in sports physiology. He currently treats many injured athletes. Dr. Rosenstein treats patients with acute and chronic pain, resulting from injuries, and slip and falls. He has knowledge, training and experience to treat effectively most painful conditions. He continues his post-graduate education, attending various medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, industrial risk management and fitness seminars. Dr. Rosenstein currently consults many corporations on injury assessment, risk management and performs on site occupational safety and hazard evaluations. Dr. Rosenstein saves many corporations thousands of dollars by reducing employer's workers compensation claims and costs. In addition, Dr. Rosenstein performs pre-employment physicals so that prospective employees can be screened for pre-existing conditions that may place the employee at risk for injury. Pre-employment physicals enable employers to properly place employees in the appropriate working environment thereby reducing the chances of an employee being injured on the job.



Dr. Alan Halperin, M.D.

Medical Doctor

Dr. Alan Halperin, M.D., is an experienced, board-certified physician of Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 1978. Dr. Halperin's education and training includes a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with honors in 1967. Dr. Halperin received his Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1971. He then completed his internship and residency in Wisconsin. Dr. Halperin's accomplishments include holding the position of Chief of General Internal Medicine at three medical schools, which entailed managing the internal medicine practice, supervising and recruiting physicians, coordinating education, research, and strategic management. Dr. Halperin was the Professor and Section chief of General Internal Medicine and Veterans Affairs Medical Center from 1990 to 1993. He then was promoted to Vice Chairman and Chief of Medical Services in 1993. Dr. Halperin was Research Director and Associate program Director at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation from 1994 to 1996. He practiced medicine at Virginia University School of Medicine from 1996 to 1999, where he was Professor and Section Chief of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Halperin is currently Medical Director of Atlantic Coast Medical Care.
